I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Belden (Saint Louis, MO) in Sept 2016
Interview
I interviewed with two guys, and they were both very nice. The whole process was only behavioral questions, and there was time at the end for me to ask my own questions. The whole process took about 20 minutes tops. It has been about two and a half weeks and I haven't heard back from them yet about if I will be able to move on in the application process.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years?
Simple, 1-on-1 (30 mins) for the first round with basic interview questions. The second round was a 3-on-1 (1 hr) with many behavioral questions. Everyone I interviewed with was friendly and very open. They left a lot of time during each interview for me to ask questions.
