Job offer for very low pay and not many benefits. Did not seem like a sincere offer with the experience. Mostly seemed like commission. They had seen my resume on another website is what I was told.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, our residential sales positions, like similar jobs in San Antonio are commissioned base sales. In surveying the market, we are at the top of the scale. Further, we offer paid healthcare, paid life insurance, unlimited PTO, and many other benefits. One-time interview, basic questions, and expectations were made clear. Very relaxed setting. Welcoming interviewer and job offer came right at the end of the interview. Orientation/Training, Benefits, Compensation, Job Responsibilities/Duties, and Hours were all made very clear.
