I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Belk (Nacogdoches, TX) in Aug 2013
Interview
Because I knew the interviewer (relatively) personally, the interview process was a little more streamlined than normal. I didn't even make an appointment, and had an offer by the end of the interview. There's an online questionnaire and a few forms to fill out, and other than a background check, there isn't much to it.

Question 1
No questions out of the ordinary... Just do some preparing-- no one likes to sound shaky at a job opportunity.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

Question 1
They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
