I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.

Interview
The interview was fast and easy. The interviewer made me feel like family. She created a drive within me that made me eager to get to work and do all that I can to help the company prosper. The questions were easy to answer and though provoking. She was friendly, and comforting and was easy to talk to.It was very organized, and conducted in a professional and organized manner.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
