I was reached out to be a recruiter who said I would be great for the job. I then interviewed with the hiring manager who was asking a bunch of questions about a job I had 2 years ago, and couldn't accept that we only used zoominfo to pull prospects and add to Hubspot. He was also at a conference and had spotty internet connection and I could barely hear him. I asked him if he could repeat what he said at least 5 times in our 30 minute interview. It's common practice to get on early and make sure everything is working right.
