In early May 2024, the HR team reached out to me via LinkedIn for an initial interview. Following that, I had a second interview with two members of the marketing team. Subsequently, I was asked to complete a detailed take-home assignment with over 20 questions, which took me approximately 15 hours to finish. A few hours after presenting the assignment, I was informed that they had decided to move forward with another candidate. Despite this, they are still actively seeking a Demand Generation Manager. This ongoing search makes me wonder if they are using candidates to obtain free work without a genuine intention to hire.
