Initially starts with the filling out of an online form. They then contact you a short time later for an interview. You interview with them, and then they'll contact you (usually) within a day or two of their hiring decision. Over all, I was not impressed with the employer, one of the founders of the company, that interviewed me. He gave out a false sense that I had been hired. After speaking with a couple of other students, they had a similar experience as well, and almost appeared to be a little discriminatory. If you're not a jock or cheerleader, stay away from these guys.
