Interview
The interview process was pretty long as you had to meet with 4-5 individuals from the company. However, I felt that other than my great initial interview with the recruiter, I found the further insight extremely helpful when I spoke to the team manager and team lead. They were able to describe the day-to-day and also set honest expectations. After, you get moved on to speaking to the Head and CEO and the takeaway is that as much as it is important for you to be the right fit for Belong, Belong wants to be the right fit for you as well. Although lengthy, this was overall a very informative interview process.

5 interviews total: - Recruiter - 2 interviews with Managers of the team - Interview with the Director over the team - Last is with CEO or someone from the C Suite. I interviewed with the CBO All of the interviews were super nice and friendly- more of a conversational style interview. They really wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting yourself into.

I had a great experience interviewing with Belong! There were 5 total interviews and I loved how each of them felt more like a conversation than a stuffy interview. The final interview with the CEO is a nice touch that you don’t see too often! My first conversation with Matt, the recruiter, was great and he did a great job keeping me up to date throughout the whole process.
