Straight forward, telephone to face to face. During face to face, I was met with a female manager who quite simply was incredibly unfriendly, and jumped straight to "if you're not highly KPI driven, you'll get a shock here" - which I felt was a terrible way to present your company, and not a great way to filter candidates that are not suitable to your particular work culture/ethics.
