Overall, the interview process was not too bad. I had two separate interviews and both went well. They ask you a series of questions and how you would respond to certain scenarios.

There were a bunch of different questions. One of the ones I remember is what would you do if you went for a visit and the family were hoarders.

The interview was a casual conversation. Study their website and get familiar with your role as a CM. They ask “what would you do if” questions. Answer as the CM and you would be fine. Sound as helpful and accommodating as possible.
