Applied through a LinkedIn posting, then the Head of Recruitment reached out to me. The 1st stage was a phone screen then the 2nd stage was a panel style onsite interview with a tour of the facility.

They asked about the types or roles I have recruited on in the past and what industries I focused. Also asked about why types of recruiting software I am familiar with and how I like to source candidates.
