They get to know you and what you are looking for a in a real estate career. Seems like a place where the management cares about its team and wants success.
It was a good interview, focused on my questions and how they can help me with my goals and career. Not pushy or competitive but informative and encouraging. I was even invited to sit in on an office meeting.

Easy, simple questions. Basically wanted to know your goals for the year, what experience you had, what the company can do to help you and why you'd be a good agent for their company.
