The interview was a casual friendly discussion. Not a cumbersome process at all wirh not many layers of interviewers. It was more of a discussion and ended up in exploring other potential opportunities than what I had applied for

Contact the Department of Human Resources. Send a cv and Cover Letter. If they like your experience, they will contact you. You will have a one on one interview. They will talk about the offices where they need teachers and if those are interesting for you. If you are hired, you will have a one-week unpaid training session.
