The interview process was simple and streamlined. There was a panel of interviewers who took turns asking me questions. I did not feel overwhelmed nor did I feel uncomfortable. All in all it was an enjoyable experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bermuda Government in Mar 2010
Interview
There was a five person panel that interviewed me for a telephone interview. The questions were mainly directly related to working in a prison setting as a psychologist. However, some questions of a personal nature were asked, such as "are you married?" I was told this was done because of immigration requirements about one's spouse needing to be self-supporting (because you need to have gov't approval to take these jobs, which are first reserved for citizens).
