Bespoke Partners interview questions

4 rounds, Screening Call, Behavioral Interview, Case Study, In-person Superday. Overall, the coordination and process were easy but took about 3 months; the questions focused on how the candidate learns and how self-motivated they are. Questions typically build off of each other, so be prepared for that.

Met with talent manager, two research managers, and a few would-be peers. Was given a couple days to complete a case study before presenting it to a few people (the 2 managers and head of research). Everyone was super friendly and the process was not too lengthy.
