Interview
Called me in for an interview, asked me basic, psychological screening questions and questions about my job experienced. Made it to the second interview which was scheduled for 5:00, but the manager didn't bring me in until 5:45, at which point they told me I if I was chosen, I'd receive an email within the day. I received an email with a job offer after about 3 days.
The interview was pretty straightforward.
They ask the usual standard customer service questions and get back to you a week or 2 later.
Overall, the experience is fluid and not complex.
The interview was interesting, but I wasn't informed of the final result until several weeks later, which is a negative point. Otherwise, the questions were relevant and personalized. It took about twenty minutes.

First is an online that is asked by robotic questions. You just have to answer sincerely and answer scenario-based questions that are fairly easy to answer and should be the easiest interview you ever have.
