Was hired for seasonal work before Thanksgiving. Easy, fluent process and pretty standard. Was told if I hit it out of the park they would keep me on after the holidays.

There started off with a general phone interview to start the process, letting me know that there were positions available. It took approximately 10 minutes, consisting of a few generalized questions of my former work experience and setting up a time to come in for an interview. The in-person interview was short, focusing on my strengths as a salesperson. A few company questions were asked regarding honesty and theft. At the conclusion, I was asked which precise position I would apply for, since they would be interested in hiring me for only one of the 4 posted openings. I guessed right, which was a spot in the home theater department.
