Two to Three interviews with multiple managers which may or may not be specific to your department. I don't really remember, it was years ago I did the interview. Expect your average higher quality interview but it was rather laid back despite being multiple interviews.

The interview was pretty straightforward.
They ask the usual standard customer service questions and get back to you a week or 2 later.
Overall, the experience is fluid and not complex.
The interview was interesting, but I wasn't informed of the final result until several weeks later, which is a negative point. Otherwise, the questions were relevant and personalized. It took about twenty minutes.

First is an online that is asked by robotic questions. You just have to answer sincerely and answer scenario-based questions that are fairly easy to answer and should be the easiest interview you ever have.
