Interview
First, I curated my resume for the job position and applied. My resume was accepted by an automated system that invited me to participate in a virtual pre-interview. It asks you a few questions which you will respond via recording. These answers are submitted to HR. After that, I was invited into the retail store for an interview and the experience was relaxed. The assistant manager was very friendly, professional, and transparent. I was given an offer the same day and the staff gave me the support I needed to get started from there.

Question 1
A non-English speaking customer arrives in the store looking for assistance, how do you approach this situation while promoting DEI?
It was great because the people made me feel welcome and comfortable which allowed me to show the real me. This meant a lot to me because because I could relax and show them my genuine self.
Bog standard interview process, people are usually very laid back and easy to talk to. Focus on the STAR method when it comes to behavioral questions like "tell me about a time when..." and so on.

Tell me about a time you faced conflict. How did you resolve the situation and what did you learn?
basic behavioral questions. as long as you answer relatively okay, you'll be fine. No worries at all, keep on keeping on. also asked how long you were going to work there.
