Interview
It's a three interview process. Your first interview is a virtual interview where you answer five question, self record and send in your answers. Next you do an interview with a manager. The next interview is with the store manager.
It was great because the people made me feel welcome and comfortable which allowed me to show the real me. This meant a lot to me because because I could relax and show them my genuine self.
Bog standard interview process, people are usually very laid back and easy to talk to. Focus on the STAR method when it comes to behavioral questions like "tell me about a time when..." and so on.

Tell me about a time you faced conflict. How did you resolve the situation and what did you learn?
basic behavioral questions. as long as you answer relatively okay, you'll be fine. No worries at all, keep on keeping on. also asked how long you were going to work there.
