The management is very co operative. The interview went easy and it took 20 mts to complete the process. It is for a seasonal role and asked basic questions like behavioural and situational questions
Only 1 in person interview was required before I got the job other than the phone screening. It was a pretty chill interview. They ask you basic questions around sales, customer focused and situational scenarios. Wasn't bad at all.
Initial phone screening followed by a zoom interview with my team lead which was then followed by a zoom interview with the store manager. Process took about 2-3 weeks in total.
