Referred by existing employee, submitted resume and portfolio of relevant work and writing samples. I was then contacted to schedule an interview. Interview lasted about 60 minutes and was with the department's director and team member. Interview went well, interviewer was rushed at the end, but I was contracted within 2 business days with an offer.
