They just collect resumes and have first round of chat with people to show they are hiring, in fact the candidate is already selected. They only hire the people they know from last work. So dont waste time applying here. After that you wont hear back.

1. I Applied through Linkedin 2. Had an Initial 30 minute call with the internal Recruiter 3. Had a call with the QA Manager for 30 minutes 4. A week later got a generic rejection email The whole interview process took about two months.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. The QA Manager seemed unprepared. 1. She was more than 5 minutes late to the interview 2. She got up multiple times to answer her door 3. Did not have structure to how she wanted to conduct the interview 4. Did not have questions prepared to ask 5. She only asked me one question and then asked what questions I have for her.
