In comparison to other interview processes, Beyond's felt quickly paced and well organized. I had a short call with a recruiter, a 30-minute video call with the hiring manager, then two additional 30-minute video calls with a peer and a department leader. The recruiter checked in regularly between organizing next steps to gauge that I was still interested and to answer any outstanding questions.
Before extending an offer, the recruiter called me to verbally offer it, let me know what to expect to see in my email, and also talked about when we could touch base again after a couple days about my questions. I appreciated her acknowledgement that it's expected for a new hire to have questions before signing instead of just pressuring me to return a signed contract ASAP.
