Beyond Media Global interview questions

The interview was very unprofessional. First, they scheduled it but were late. Second, the COO seemed to lack an understanding of marketing. It felt more like they were looking for a sales person rather than someone for a marketing position. I believe interviews should be conducted seriously, with someone who understands marketing, rather than over a phone call, especially when the phone is constantly moving. Because of this, I don’t think I would be happy working here.
