I went through two rounds of interviews for a $24/hr Shipping Coordinator position — a 45-minute phone interview followed by an in-person interview that lasted over an hour. For what appeared to be an entry-level role, the multi-round process felt excessive. During the interviews, I clearly outlined how my prior work experience aligned with the responsibilities of the position. After the interviews concluded, I did not receive any follow-up from the company and had to reach out myself to get an update. Unfortunately, no feedback was provided.
