Interview
Telephone Interview with Head of Customer Experience, who was located at the USA HQ. I thought the interview was going really well. The interviewer asked two generic questions regarding product knowledge and management style. I replied with general answers in line with the questions, upon which the interview terminated. I then followed up after 2 weeks to get a one line rejection via email.
I suspect I may have said something wrong in the interview, or that may have been lost in translation (Australian vs US cultures), however the lack of feedback from Biamp and the recruiter was extremely disappointing.
