Interview
You talk with the manager for about 10 minutes while walking through the store. They use behavioral interview questions, a math test and a background check. The process was very easy and as long as you have adequate communication and math skills you can get hired.

Interview
The interview was very easy. Sat in the office with one hiring manager and she asked a couple questions about me, mostly just small talk. Most of the interview was her telling me what the job would be like.
It was average. About thirty minutes long. They were cordial. They spoke about the responsibilities of a sales associate and the hours expected for the position they were looking for.

They asked if I had any retail experience and what my interest were. I saw your Jasmine. I do have a five but that’s about it.
