The conversation included general interest questions and inquiring on how you heard about the job as well as personality questions. If answered to the managers delight, you will be invited to an online Skype video interview that lasts around 5 - 10 minutes and is generally straight forward asking job related questions and reviewing all the details.

Applied online and then had a phone interview then facetime interview with who would become my supervisor. Asked basic questions regarding my experience with swimming and teaching swimming. Very friendly and very casual!!!
