Big Block Realty interview questions

Initial phone interview after being contacted by an HR representative. The questions were engaging and the interviewer asked great questions and got me very excited about potentially working there. The 2nd interview was very detailed and thorough but still felt relaxed and conversational. Was given a “test assignment” afterwards to allow them to evaluate content creation. Some resources and instructions were given to help get started but they didn’t provide much clarity or insight into what they really wanted to see. Unrelated stress had me feeling pressed for time and less than confident in what I was able to create. I’m disappointed in myself for not being able to rise to the challenge, but I would definitely reapply in the future if given the opportunity.

They have no marketing help and tell you that you will need to brand yourself. This is expensive. Even though I had years of experience, they were going to make me work with a mentor on my first three deals and give that person half of my commission.
