Phone screening, then an in-person interview with a group of managers; it was pretty quick to get a response back after that. They asked very standard-fare CS questions, nothing out of the ordinary, and did not mind if someone did not have incoming technical expertise.

They asked about a time in which a customer was unhappy / dissatisfied and what I did to mitigate that.
Did an introductory interview then four separate interviews with people on the team. Process only took a little over two hours total and was straight to the point. Overall good interview process
