I applied for a Marketing role at Big Red Group in May. Although I wasn't successful, I wanted to give my feedback on what was a pretty close to perfect experience. The process itself moved quickly yet was very thorough, I had 3 rounds of interviews with different stakeholders and gathered a robust understanding of the business, strategy and role itself. As a thank you for a practical task I presented I was gifted a Red Balloon gift voucher which was a thoughtful touch, something I will remember for a very long time.
