The interview process consisted of a case Study and interview. All of the processes was completed remotely
Overall the interview was a positive experience but the case study took a good amount of work.

Asked about marketing/design/videography experience as well as other personal experience. Then gave a chance to ask questions. Second round of interviews would be to create a brand kit for three different schools (free labor, which is all too common in nonprofits).
