Interview
The interview process was comprised of two stages. A telephone interview & an in person interview which were both very pleasant. There were also two small tests to see the candidates admin, customer service and mathematics capabilities.
Mathematics questions, where you have to calculate % aswell. My answered wasn’t actually really reviewed until the end. But they give you a calculator to help and it’s very straightforward and easy
Simple and friendly interview, first over the phone then face to face if they like you.
They're interested in your personality and work experience. Your self storage experience, competitors.
