Interview
The interview process began with a phone interview conducted by Brian Bowman at BigFish. Brian was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. The initial interview lasted about 30 minutes and covered a broad range of topics to encompass my skills and abilities. Brian was very helpful in providing a good understanding of the position I was interviewing for as well as the company I'd be placed in.
Asked software questions related questions and had an excellent position available for me to pursue. After taking a brief coding test, I was able to get an interview with the company. The recruiter at BigFish helped me all along the way. When I received an offer, they even helped me negotiate up to the salary I wanted. Overall great experience.

Interview
I was contact by BigFish and completed two interviews with them to ensure I was a right for the position before I was presented to the employer. They were friendly and helpful but sincere that the fit was good before placing me in front of the company. This process makes for a very smooth and successful interview. Not only did they take the time to ensure I was a right fit for there client they took the time to ensure their client was the right fit for me, my career goals, and needs.
