The process took around 18 days from application to rejection. The interview itself was pretty easy. Head of QA and one Tester were present. The rejection was bad since the reasoning behind the rejection was a missing skill which was just marked as advantageous in the job opening. 1,5 years of active experience in Software Testing for a Junior / Entry job, but still I am not qualified enough, because I did not have any experience in the gaming industy, which as said was not a required skill.
