It's a very long process, even for lower level jobs where there is no bonus or stock. It's 10+ interviews and a presentation. They all ask the same questions but won't double up to save time. The higher up you go with the interviewers, the rougher they get. I was told everybody wants to work here and they only hire rockstars and then got yelled at because I said that I grew a business by x% and the interview said that didn't make sense. I couldn't get through the process and I still see the same roles being reposted. I think their process needs a rehaul and there needs to be more respect given to candidates.
