Imagine going to a really busy emergency room, you wait a while with a bunch of people you don’t know. Someone walks out from behind a door and calls your name. In my case the interviewer said my name wrong several times. They get you in to get you out. They ask several quick questions and then dive into a vague description of what they do for the companies they are contracted with. How they want to make managers....You have to ask for specifics about what they are trying to hire you for, just to find out that you’ll be doing “event sales”. Which is standing at a booth outside of a grocery store, in a strip mall, or in the mall itself. Talking to as many people as you can. More power to those that can and want to do this, though I am not one. If you ask what the pay will consist of the give you an average of what some of there people make but show nothing to support this or how it is earned. I was very direct in the way I let them know what I wanted, what I wanted to be paid, and because of this I thankfully didn’t have an offer for a return interview.
