Only had one interview with the manager and she was mostly too busy to talk to me, as she was dispatching herself. Didn't last very long at all - maybe 20 minutes tops. Wasn't very impressing or productive. Second time I was simply job shadowing which was her throwing many terms at me and working her own pace. I had no direct interaction with the software and it wasn't very well done. I accepted at the time because I thought it was a rare experience and maybe it was an off day for them. I was completely wrong.
