three step process
first part was answering general questions with one member of management. If they like you at that point you get to progress to the, second part answering situational and more in depth questions with two members of management. Third part is discussing pay (if I remember correctly).
Straight forward and easy process. It was a video style submission to answer a few questions. Then they called me in for an in person interview. Received an offer that same week.

Very Short, 15 Minutes. You dont speak with anyone, you record yourself in these videos. It was not bad, and you just be yourself within these interviews. There were 5 questions that you had to answer.
