I applied on glassdoor and a recruiter calls me a week after and sends over some changeling science questions . I took the challenge and they said I did great, then get a 20 min phone interview. The HR guy seemed nice and gave me a detailed overview of the company. The next round was a phone call with the hiring manager, then a Skype interview. The manager was very friendly and deep dive into experience. It was very straightforward and communication was great! Got the job within two weeks :)
