Fairly quick after you do the online application then a couple of days they call and schedule you for an interview. The interview was with two supervisors. They explain the orientation process and training process.

Interview
Pulled up to the campus. Interviewer met me outside in the parking lot. Started out with a tour of most of the campus. Then we finished the rest of the interview in her office.
Contacted by email and set a series of interviews. First two were with Department Head... Very casual friendly and positive. Salary range to 60k. On second interview I was walked around and asked to point out areas that could be cleaned in more detail. Last interview with CEO and Asst. CEO had remarks concerning how he thought this position should be done such as always trying new cleaning products and could I point out something they could be doing better. Unfortunately he seemed to want a man in this position. Up to this point everything had gone well and been positive. After this interview I repeatedly had to email and ask for updates. Then I saw this position posted on new job site..so sad. I had the experience, even owned my own businesses and also had worked at a Five Star Resort...but he wanted a guy...gotta love the South.
