great one on one interview with marketing director, fairly common questions asked. Friendly family atmosphere. Looking for someone who could multi task and do several job tasks. I met one on one with marketing director, then secondly met with customer service manager. thirdly I met with lead outside sales director.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bison Manufacturing Limited (Winnipeg, MB)
Interview
First is cv screening, then human resource will contact you if they want you to move ahead with your candidacy. Then expect phone interview. Be very clear on what you want to say and how you like to put your words down. Apparently they have internal replacement. The interview process is just due process to advertise both internally and externally
