1) Application Submission
I've got emailed back after a couple of weeks to receive a written test that acted as screening with very simple questions, followed by a brief HR/recruiter video call to discuss about my background and the job expectations.
They immediately told me about their effort requirements and "extreme dedication to work".
3) Take-Home Task
After that they sent me an unpaid 8-hour coding project to basically rewrite the components they have on the main app.
The task was very difficult as I had to learn about their real API, even if they provided a link to their documentation.
All things considered there was definetly not enough time to do everything, but somehow I managed to pass it.
4) Technical Interview
After a week it followed another call about technical knowledge with specific questions about javascript, react, html and all those kind of stuff, followed by some weird questions like "what's your favourite crypto?".
I've received an email with an offer the day after the call.
