      Interview

Get ready for a weird hiring process. Instead of a normal 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter, their first step is to email you a Word doc with a long list of questions and tell you to fill it out. It immediately felt shady and impersonal. It's a huge red flag when a company expects you to spend an hour or more filling out their internal paperwork before you've even spoken to a human being. It's a one-way street—you provide all this info, but you don't get to ask questions or get a feel for their culture.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How do you ensure your UX designs remain relevant, scalable, and user-centered over time? Can you share any frameworks or methodologies you apply?
