I was invited for a face-to-face interview at Biz2X a month ago after applying for a position. The process consisted of four rounds.
The day began with all candidates being called into a meeting room for a presentation by the Head of the Talent Acquisition team. They provided insights into the company, its goals, and its journey.
Round 1: Online Round
This round comprised six sections:
Aptitude (Math, Reasoning, Verbal)
Coding (2 questions, easy-medium difficulty)
OOPs
DBMS
OS
DSA
Upon clearing the online round, I was selected for the first technical round on the same day. This 30-40 minute interview focused on my projects, skills mentioned in my resume, and fundamentals of OOPs, DBMS, and DSA.
After successfully completing the first technical round, I advanced to the second technical interview, a manager round. This interview delved deeper into my technical stack, DBMS, DSA, and core concepts.
The final stage was the HR round, which lasted 30 minutes. The questions centered around my motivation for pursuing engineering and other HR-related topics.
Overall, the interview process was very streamlined. The Talent Acquisition team was helpful and polite, and since the process was lengthy, the company provided snacks. It was a good experience, and the hospitality from Biz2X was commendable.
