BizSpace interview questions

Alot of questions were not relevant and stereotypically painful. 3 step process which was over a matter of weeks just to speak to a sales director who gives off a power hungry vibe. Wasn't offered the job as it was offered to someone internally (I checked and confirmed) but since been offered better paid roles with their competitors. Strange

Three stage process, telephone interview with an agency, followed by local site manager face-to-face and then a final face-to-face with the area manager. Sadly, first two interviews went very well for me, on the third interview it seems the area manager had a completely different idea on what they expected from the job role than the site manager did, they ended up having an argument between themselves which was very awkward for me and then weeks later closed the job role without filling and the management team cut all contact with me which I found was very unprofessional - I ended up having to go back and chase the agency and finally found out what was going on after two weeks.
