1st Stage:- Screening on the very first online application filled by applicant on the company's website which consists of a tough section of writing an essay on self in a word limit lying between 500-1000, then follows a Written test as per the date of interview, which comprises usually of grammatical exercises and a detailed essay on any topic to write in a fluent and expressive way of writing, then at last an interview is conducted either with the General Manager of the company or some senior person, which comprises of some normal questions regarding yourself and the kind of job you aspire for.
