The interview process was quite easy for as long as you relax and think of answers that you can relate to personal experiences. Also, the interviewer was very professional and upbeat so you don't really feel the tension once you start answering questions.

They've asked me if I have any idea how the Japanese students would be or what approach I should give them. Also, about the culture of Japan and things that I know about Japan, So better do some reading before going for the interview :D

Interview

Interview: Candidates participate in an interview to discuss their backgrounds and suitability for the role. This stage may also involve a review of technical requirements to ensure compatibility with Bizmates' online teaching platform.
Video Training: Selected applicants engage in video training sessions to familiarize themselves with Bizmates' teaching methodologies and materials.
Demo Lesson: Candidates deliver a demonstration lesson to a facilitator, showcasing their teaching abilities and adherence to Bizmates' standards.
Commencement of Teaching: Upon successful completion of the previous stages, candidates begin their teaching roles, managing their schedules and conducting lessons with Bizmates' students.

The interview process was well structured. They tell you how the interview is going to run ahead of time so you have enough time to really prepare. I went through 3 interviews. The interviewers were very nice.
