Black Sea interview questions

The questions are targeted at finding out what kind of a person you are and your work ethic and drive to learn and excel. I interviewed once with the training manager and was called less than an hour later for a job offer and started the next day.

The interviewer blamed the current receptionist for having a baby the night before on why he was late showing up to the office. The interviewer walked out mid-interview to talk to someone outside. I was told follow up interviews would be scheduled early the following week and never received a phone call or email letting me know anything. Even a rejection pigeon carrier note would have been better then telling me the details on the next interview only to passive aggressively let me know (through silence) I wasn't being considered.
